TradeFlow is our service for organising customer enquiries, bookings and agreed job workflows. Start with the booking package below, or discuss a quote-led process. Quoting, invoicing and document tools are scoped separately around the software and steps you need.

Do customers need a price before they book?

For a decorator, landscaper, builder or other business pricing each job, the route can begin with a request for details, measurements or a site visit. You review the enquiry before agreeing a price or job date.
One clear next step.
Quote preparation, customer acceptance, follow-ups and handover into a booked job depend on the agreed tools and scope. These are separately quoted and tested; the demo does not generate or send quotes.

Your agreed setup is configured around your availability, owner access and customer communication needs. We check it together before activation.
Paperwork and repeat visits.
Add quote preparation and acceptance, invoice, receipt, payment or repeat-reminder tools through a separate scope and quote. Appropriate certificate workflows must be agreed with the professional issuing them.
Prefer to run it yourself?
£249 one-off booking setup. The same scope for one person’s diary and up to six appointment types: availability, booking link, website button, QR code, checks, handover and a first-month check-in. You pay your chosen software directly. The six-type limit covers the services we configure, not the number of bookings or customers. Software-provider limits may apply. No monthly fee from us; further help is quoted separately.

Managed TradeFlow includes up to £15/month towards the agreed booking licence, including supplier VAT, plus 30 minutes of routine monthly support. Your quote names the provider and confirms licence costs, limits and any difference payable. Unused allowance is not a cash credit. Domains, business email, paid SMS/WhatsApp, payment processing and optional integrations are separate. No VAT is added to our service prices.
Where established software is the best fit, I’ll use it and explain the provider, fees and limits. You will know which tools your business depends on.
